Ashley saw me at short notice and treated me seriously as a prospective purchaser. Later, during the process, he advised me of a manufacturer incentive that was of benefit to me. This showed transparency. All staff at the dealership were good.

After the test drive, once I confirmed I wanted to go ahead with the purchase, we waited over an hour before going through the finance agreement. On collection my mini wasn't in the showroom. I was pleasantly surprised with the compensation offered.
