I asked about an issue with the gearbox and was promised a quick discussion with a mechanic about the the gearbox not being in the park position. But that did not happen possibly because it was lunchtime!! Gearbox not in P position appeared again.

On online check in asked for a quote for a dent which I never received, the engine I made aware of when I arrived and the noises are still there. (a clicking noise at low speed, and struggling to stop start at times, engine/exhaust sounds louder).

Booked in for MOT. Was informed that service would be due in 10 days so they said would speak to Motability and hopefully get service done with the MOT. The service was done with MOT so no need to return in 10 days again for the service.

Very nice people at Mini Rybrook who are always welcoming, professional and polite. I was kept updated regularly with progress on my mini and the video showing the health check is a really nice touch and reassuring too.

As usual reception and servicing information were excellent, but I was slightly disappointed that a number of minor issues were missed: The windscreen washer initially inoperative and warnings not cleared from the Mini warning system

Pot hole puncture after a diversion through country lanes! Five mins later received call from mini base in London, Antonio was so helpful arranging a breakdown van who was very helpful. Mini Shrewsbury were at their very best (as usual).
