Dealership, employees, management, sales etc.all professional to the hilt. Best experience ive had when buying a new car from a dealership. Genuinely had our best interests at heart and not just after a quick sale.

All of the staff were very helpful without being pushy. I felt they acknowledged it's a big decision and gave us time to consider our options. The after sales is also very good. Louis has offered to show the card capabilities in bite sized chunks.

The service was prompt and efficient - the car was taken in at short notice and dealt with and returned the same day. However, main dealer prices and rates are very expensive compared to other providers. e.g. routine stuff like new battery.

Very good overall. Staff excellent and helpful. However, the vehicle health check videos never play. Pointless. Suggest you drop them and just ring if there are any issues.

No issue with staff just the crazy prices charged at main dealerships for repairs. Recognise the overhead involved and car sales may be sluggish but loading service and parts prices to maintain your margin is not acceptable.

I am still waiting for a call back (that was meant to be happening within an hour on 10/1) to tell me when the wing mirrors are going to be replaced that were booked in on 10/1 to be changed. With a rubbish excuse that the box was empty!! Not good!

The car had a message indicating that the gearbox oil needed changing. As there was only 22,000 miles on the clock this was strange as most garages would say that that oil needed changing after 50,000 miles. The garage has us over a barrel. Expensive
