Overall very satisfied, reception staff are always very helpful and communication is excellent. The one thing I do miss is not being able to phone the dealership direct as you were able to before Sytner, it loses the personal customer touch.

As always service was easy to book the time was changed when the coil spring broke and the two jobs (repair to coil spring and service ) were completed together saving having to come back a few days later. The usual video sent was excellent .

Great service. Friendly and helpful. I have given 5 stars however the car was generally valeted and cleaned but there was a lot of rubbish in the boot from where the rear window was replaced, I'm sure it was an oversight

Overall the service was professional. I was a litttaken aback by the cost (a little over £200 for an MOT and a brake fluid service). I had thought £150 would have been on the high side. The service manager did adjust the bill a little though.

Really pleased with all aspects of recent service. There was a problem with payment but Amy was very patient and helped me to resolve the issue. Everybody on the phone was very polite and helpful. The video was really helpful to get things sorted.

The Mini Centre collected my car and returned it, fully serviced and washed clean. My husband had very recently passed away, and the delivery driver arrived with a lovely bouquet of flowers. Now that's service!

I was disappointed that I was offered a windscreen wiper for £63 something by the service team when I was able to buy one at Halfords for £14.35. They said it was because it was a genuine mini part. I wanted value for money!!

Broken promises over delivery times (promised 12 reality 24), poor communication of delays (mini app updates only worked in week 23) and eventual delivery dates. I question validity of delay reasons. Lack of customer focus on handover day - see below
