I had questions regarding the booking of the service and due to the automatic telephone system I was unable to speak directly to the service team. Took me over an hour to book via WhatsApp with the lady ringing me eventually.

I was advised to change both springs but warranty only covered one side. Seems nlfakse economy as when other side breaks, same again under warranty as far as cost goes with warranty.

Always a good experience . Only an MOT but was done quickly and the problems identified which did not affect the MOT reported quickly . Price given up front however the cost for tracking the new work was not quoted .

Repair was dealt with promptly and a courtesy car whilst my car was in. I received a call with the estimate of works the same day as my car went in and picked up my car the following evening all shiny and clean again.
